Yes.  Your tuition expense for medical school is deductible even if paid for through a student loan.  

However, if you have no income, the amount you receive as a deduction or credit for this tuition will not be offset against any income and you won't be eligible for a refund.  If you have no income, it is likely that you do not need to file a tax return at all.
