Unfortunately, no. There is no way to send in a copy of a receipt preemptively with your electronic filing and the IRS actually discourages taxpayers from sending such documents with a return. They generally won't even look at them and will discard them if you tried to send with a paper filing. Hopefully, you won't run into the same issue again as its unusual for the IRS to continually ask for the same documentation if there was no change to your tax liability in previous years.
