Hi - if you don't have a 1095-A form, follow these instructions:
In the health insurance section, indicate that you had insurance all year, and answer no to the question "Was anyone covered by any of these plans in 2016?".
If you are still having problems:
On any device other than a phone, go to My Account at the top > Tools > Delete a form. Delete forms 8965, 8962 and Healthcare Worksheet, and start the health insurance section again.
