It depends. Generally, school closures due to fraud has little impact on your already earned degree; therefore, it can be considered as a previous earned degree. However, you may want to keep adequate records and be prepared to explain the closure to prospective employers or other entities requesting your academic history.
If ITT closed because it lost its accreditation, then your degree can be considered as invalid. You can search the Council for Higher Education Accreditation, CHEA website to determine if your college had lost it's accreditation and to seek assistance. You can also check your State's accreditation requirements because they differ from state to state.
