If your tuition assistance covered everything and there was no additional amount reported on the 1098-T, you do not need to report it.
You may want to complete the Education section if you paid for books, supplies, or any fees out of pocket. Those may qualify for a credit or deduction. If you paid nothing out of pocket, you can skip the Education section.
If you received a 1098-T, then you also paid tuition which makes you eligible to receive additional educational credits that you are going to want to take advantage of.
