FIeld 2 is missing from the 1098-T form?

Box 2 is not allowed for 2018.  If you have actual tuition paid in box 1, use that and don't worry about box 2.   If your college issued a 1098-T with a number in box 2 and nothing in box 1, they used an outdated form.  Contact them for a revised 1098-T.
