Expenses and Scholarships (Form 1098-T) always says "Not started" no matter how many times I fill the information out in the Tax Breaks section.

How do I resolve this issue?

Delete the form. Clear cache and cookie on your computer. Log out of the program. Restart your computer. 

We have had some luck with this in situations like these.

To Delete a Form

Open your return in TurboTax. 

In the left side bar, select Tax Tools> Tools.

In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.

Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet and follow the onscreen instructions
