Do I qualify for AOTC for 2019?

I finished my Bachelor's in March 2019. Right after that, I started my Master's and still am continuing it.

So, technically, according to https://www.irs.gov/credits-deductions/individuals/aotc, I am:

- Pursuing a degree or other recognized education credential.

- Not have finished the first four years of higher education at the beginning of 2019.

However, my 1098-T issued by my school marks me as a graduate student for the year 2019. (I continued my Master's at the same school I received my Bachelor's). So I'm worried that the IRS might question my eligibility.

Does anyone know for certain if I would be okay to claim the AOTC credits?

Assuming you have not already claimed 4 years of AOC you are eligible to claim it for 2019. Should the IRS question it you just have to explain the circumstances.
