Can i use 529 to pay for a tutor for help while attending college

my daughter in in a state college music school and needs extra help from a tutor. can i use 529 money to pay for this?

A search on the word tutor in Pub 970 indicates that it is an allowed expense only for Coverdell Education Savings Accounts.

However, a 529 plan can pay for any accommodations for special need students.
