Can I file my 1098-T form through the free option?

Form 1098-T is available in all Turbo Tax Online versions (Free Edition, Deluxe, Premier, Self-Employed, and Turbo Tax Live).

Unfortunately, TurboTax does prompt you to upgrade when you file a 1098-T.  The website tells you that you cannot file a 1098-T without upgrading.
