Can I enter $667/month education contribution that comes right out of alimony to pay for my dependent who is using loans to pay her way? Ex is supposed to pay PP Loan.

That's a Parent Plus Loan which comes due after child graduates. Ex knows work around to trxfr PPL to our child so ex will not be responsible for repayment, our child will be responsible. This is legal. That's why I want to be able to claim my contribution of child's education that ex is supposed to use FOR education. Is there a way to do this?

If you can claim the child as your dependent and he or she receives a form 1098-T reporting education expenses paid to an institution of higher learning, then you can enter that information on your tax return and you may receive an education deduction or credit. Otherwise, I don't see a way to deduct the expenses.

No.  Only the parent that claims the student, as a dependent, may claim the tuition credit or deduction.  But, the ex may count the money you paid, for education, in claiming the credit for herself.
