You wouldn't enter it as it's not deductible.  There is no federal deduction for 529 plans and while some states have a deduction for them, Kentucky is not one of them.  Eight states: Alabama, California, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Minnesota have no deduction or credit for 529 plan contributions
