Can I claim my tuition?

My employer reimbursed me for 50% of the tuition.  Can I still claim it?

Can I claim my tuition?

It depends... if the employer reimbursed your expenses but included the reimbursement in your gross wages (W-2 form, box 1) then you can claim it. Otherwise, it is considered tax-free assistance and you cannot claim it. You would only claim the unreimbursed part.
