1098T where is the dollar amount reflected on my tax return

I am looking on my historical returns and can see I filed the 1098T but not the dollar amount

Yes, you will see an Education Credit on your return (if you were eligible), but not the actual dollar amounts reported on the 1098-T for Tuition/Scholarships.  

If you saved PDF copies of prior year returns, you can open that and look for a 1098-T worksheet that has the amounts entered from the 1098-T.
