1098-T question and earned source question

My daughter is a Texas Resident but attended college in Arkansas. She got a large scholarship and received a 1098-T, does she report her 1098-T on both her Texas Federal Return and on her Arkansas State Tax Return as well? It's confusing, because there is a section on the Turbo Tax Arkansas return that asks her to enter the portion of the following items that you earned from Arkansas sources. (Scholarships, Fellowships or Grants). Does she only enter the 1098-T scholarship amount there, or does she also include the small amount she made for working part-time there. She received a w-2 for working a small amount there as well.

She only needs to report the portion of scholarship that is taxable on her Federal return. She also includes the wages she earned working there.
