1098-T adjusted for prior year
I graduated from college in 2017 but received an 1098-T for 2018 that says adjustment made for a prior year. Box 2, amount billed is $0.00. Box 1, 4, 5, and 6 all have the same amount. It was all paid by scholarships or grants. I filed my taxes already, do I need to amend my tax?

1098-T adjusted for prior year
From your information, this would not affect your Tax Return and require you to Amend your 2018 return.
If you did not claim an Education Credit in 2017 (all your expenses were paid by Scholarship/Grant), then it would not affect your 2017 return, either.
Just keep the 1098-T with your tax records.
