It depends on your specific circumstances.
You don't need to sign up or fill out a form to receive a payment if you've been working and paying taxes since 2018. Or, if you are on Social Security, you won't need to take any action.
If you were not required to file at tax return in 2018 or 2019, to register for a stimulus payment you can use the TurboTax Stimulus Registration product at this link or the IRS website for non-filers to enter their payment info at this link
If you made less than $75,000 in 2019, you will be eligible for the full payment of $1,200. Couples who filed jointly and made less than $150,000 will get $2,400.
An individual who filed as "head of household" and earned $112,500 or less gets $1,200. For every child in the household, you will receive an additional $500.
If you made more than $75,000, your payment will be reduced by $5 for every $100 of income that exceeds the limits. So if you made $80,000 in 2019, you will receive $950. The payment decreases to zero for an individual making $99,000 or more or a couple making $198,000 or more.
If you're a family of four, you’ll be eligible for a maximum of $3,400.
Dependents older than 16 and people without a Social Security number are not eligible for a stimulus payment.
@DavidS127 I used the portal to update my direct deposit information for the stimulus check how long do you think it will take for irs to deposit on my TurboTax card
At this tome in our country and in the world of a pandemic crisis, how can TurboTax take advantage of its customer and pull money from the stimulus. This is unconscionable at a volatile time we are in!
I would appreciate a response. I had already filed my taxes so the file was set up and just taken out of my stimulus package. I am outraged that you as a company would take such advantage of your customers.

TurboTax is not deducting anything from your stimulus payment. It is Not possible.
When you filed your 2019 tax return you requested to have the TurboTax account fees paid from the Federal Tax Refund. If the Federal Tax Refund was delayed then you received 4 emails from TurboTax requesting payment for using the TurboTax software. If you did not make arrangements with TurboTax to pay at a later date then your account was debited for the TurboTax account fees you owed.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for payment of the TurboTax account fees when the federal tax refund is delayed - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/charges-and-fees/help/why-was-my-bank-account-auto-debited-for-tur...
