The 2018 Schedule D has a Yes/No question on Line 22. The question reads "Do you have qualified dividends on Form 1040, line 3A, or Form 1040NR line 10b?" I have Qualified Dividends so I would expect this to be checked yes. Neither yes or no is checked.
Does this have any impact? Note: Turbotax did complete the Qualified Dividends and Capital Gains worksheet.

It normally should show as being checked, but sometimes the calculated checkboxes don't show as being checked even though the program still does the appropriate calculation. If the qualified dividend worksheet was completed as it should have been, then there is no impact on your return. Those questions are instructions for you to fill out the forms and the IRS doesn't need them to be checked to process your return.
@AnthonyC I agree this error doesn't affect the overall return, but I learned that only after being on the phone with a tax specialist for over an hour going through the whole worksheet to make sure everything was in order. It shouldn't take much for TT to fix the program so the appropriate box is checked. By seeing nothing checked, although Qualified Dividends were shown on Form 1040, I thought something was missed. TT needs to pay better attention to detail. This error has been around for the 3 years I've been using TT. Does anyone tasked with QC/QA look at these posts?
Despite the observation from 2020 that neither box on line 22 of Schedule D is checked, that still is a glitch in the 2022 software. What the heck?
