Why do I need to file a schedule 3?

For those who generally file for non-refundable tax credits will find that they need to file a Schedule 3 with their returns starting in 2018. If you have any of the following non-refundable tax credits below, Turbo Tax will help prepare Schedule 3 and include it in your return:
