Where do you record WHIP payments from FSA?

The WHIP payments are entered on Schedule F, Part 1. This can be found in the Income section of TurboTax. There are some exclusions to reporting the income that are listed on Page 12 of Pub 225 in the middle and right column. You might want to see if the exclusions would apply to your situation.
