You won't see the schedule C form until you 'File' and get your copy of your taxes. However, each "Self-employed business" you add to the software will have it's own schedule C.  Turbotax tries to make it easy for you. 

Under "Business Income and Expenses" click 'Update' and you'll see a summary screen that gives you the option to "Edit" or "Delete" a 'Business' or '+ Add Another Business.'  Each business listed here represents a schedule C. Click 'Edit' and the next screen will show a summary of all income and expenses for that business.
