If you're referring to Schedule B (Form 1040) Part II Ordinary Dividends, the code should be identified on your 1099-DIV form. 

Check that you entered your Form 1099-DIV correctly.

1. Type 1099-DIV in the Search, then click Jump to 1099-div
2. Edit your 1099-DIV to verify what you entered
3. If your Form 1099-DIV shows amounts in Box 2b through Box 16, make sure you check the box My form has info in other boxes (this is uncommon).
