Where do I find the form for qualified business net loss carryforward from 2020?

I am trying to file this years taxes and it asked me to enter the "Qualified Business net loss carryforward from 2020". Also the "Qualified REIT dividend and PTP loss carryforward from 2020". Can someone tell me what form to refer to?

You can find your QBI loss carryforwards on form 8995-a Schedule C.  Your other losses can be found on Schedule 1 Other Income.
