Where do I enter Schedule K form 1120-IC-DISC

Where do I enter Schedule K (form 1120-IC-DISC)? When I searched this question, I'm given several different answers. The is a Shareholders Statement of IC-DISC Distributions. 

The only boxes that have an amount are: 

Boxes 2, 3,5 and they all have the same amount of $40,000

Box 10 amount $19,596

Where do I put this info?

If you received a Schedule K-1 and need to enter it in TurboTax, using the search bar in your TurboTax program, type in  k1 or k-1 (small k) and click Find.  This should give you a Jump To link to go directly to it.

OR
To enter a K-1 go to
Federal Taxes Tab or Personal (Home & Business/Self Employed version)
Wages and Incomd
Then scroll way down to Business items
Schedules K-1, Q - Click the Start or Update button

Be sure to pick the right kind of K-1. There are 3 kinds, 1041, 1065 & 1120S

This is a Schedule K.... not K 1

Although the dividends (box 2,3,5) are easy to report, box 10 is a bit more difficult.

However, TurboTax does not support the Form 8404, which is required for Box 10.  It is a stand-alone filing, so you can manually file it if you want to:
