"Where do I enter property taxes paid by a trust?"

If the real estate is investment property, then deductible taxes would be shown on Line 11, Form 1041.

If the real estate is rental property, either actually rented or available for rent, then the deductible taxes would be shown on Line 16, Schedule E.
