I am a beneficiary on a trust and have received a schedule k-1 (541) where do I add this to my taxes?

That form is a California-specific form so you would report that income on a California individual income tax return if you are required to file one.

The income is California source income and a nonresident, which I presume you are, may have to file a California income tax return if the filing threshold is exceeded.
