What should I choose as the "Type of Entity" when filling out NJ state info about a Publicly Traded Partnership (an ETF)?

The PTP address on my K-1 places it in Maryland. So I would think that it would make it either a non-resident partnership or a non-resident trust? The ETF in question is ProShares UltraShort Bloomberg Crude Oil.
Some of the Entity Type options are:
-NJ State Individual
-Nonresident Individual
-Nonresident Partnership
-Non-NJ Corporation
-Nonresident Trust

Thank you in advance

Yes, it would be considered to be a non-resident partnership.
