When it says. Check my info. I tap it and it says. 1 detail to review. I tap it and it goes to a screen that says. To-do list. Answers to review. I tap it. It goes to a screen that says. Check this entry.  Schedule c ( untitled) activity name must be entered.

If your Schedule C is called "untitled", then it sounds like you didn't make an entry for the data field for "business description."  That's what would show on Line A of the Schedule C, then the Schedule C would no longer be called "untitled."

It should have also asked you for the name of your business.  If there is not a separate name for the business, there is a place to checkmark that your  business name is the same as your actual name.    It also asks if you have a separate business address or whether to use the home address as the business address.

It sounds like you need to go through those screens in the Business Profile section since they may have been answered incompletely.

Do you know how to get back to the Schedule C interview to those profile questions?

You appear to be using Premier.  If so, it can prepare a  Schedule C that has no expenses, but it cannot prepare a Schedule C if there are business expenses to include on the Sched. C.
