why are they asking me for this form.  I have no business or combined reporting group

See if it is listed as one of the forms that can be deleted.  Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen.  Click on Tools.  Click on Delete a form

If not listed then you will need to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this form and get it removed from your tax return.
