What is a schedule sb form I’ve never had to file one.

I Entered all of my information for my federal and state taxes. My federal taxes are ready to file but it says that my Wisconsin taxes need to wait on a schedule sb form. What is this about?

The Wisconsin schedule SB is used to report differences between federal and Wisconsin income. This might include such things as taxable state tax refunds, U.S. bond interest and unemployment compensation.

Often, forms and tax regulations are not finalized until after the beginning of the year, so TurboTax must wait until things are finalized to make the program fully functional.

The IRS will not start accepting returns until 2/12 and until they do the state return cannot be efiled either ... so you have time to wait.  Looks like much of WI will not be ready until mid February ... so don't be in a rush to file. https://care-cdn.prodsupportsite.a.intuit.com/forms-availability/turbotax_wi_windows_individual.html

Schedule AD, Form 1 - Additions to Income and Schedule SB, Form 1 - Subtractions from Income are new for 2020.  In previous years these additions and subtractions were on Form 1 lines 4 and 11.

Watch out.  Schedule SB line 6 Medical care insurance should include Medicare Part B and D premiums, TurboTax is not carrying it forward.
