What do the letters STMT in the other info line mean from box 20 with the letter L and below it a Z?

STMT is an abbreviation for "statement." 

Code Z is reporting for Section 199A information

Code L is for partners' capital accounts that can be reported for 2019 using the same bases which were available for 2018
