these look like security sales. they would also have been (or should have been if you in fact did sell) reflected on form 8949. the totals from these forms carry to schedule D. if you did not enter the trades manually did you import your 1099-B from your broker?
Yeah, these are stocks. I figured it out about 30 seconds after I posted my question. Thanks for the reply, however!
The confusion arose because I had turbotax auto import my TD Ameritrade info. So, I didn't type in the stocks manually and thus didn't remember what I had bought and sold. To prevent this type of confusion in the future, it might be nice on the "Sale of Assets" page in Turbo Tax for there to be a label explaining the source of the sale being shown. If turbo had told me "This is from your TD Ameritrade import" I would've made the connection instantly.
