<P>I need to amend my 2023 return and Turbotax is not giving me an option to e-file the amendment. I have e-file the original return and the IRS is currently accepting e-file. Why can't I submit my 2023 amended return for e-file</P>

I had an excess Roth IRA contribution in 2022 that I recharacterized. The excess amount was added again to my 2023 return and I paid a penalty. How do I fix this issue?

Using Turbotax Desktop for Mac. Amending return, when I select to add an interest statement (1099-INT) I get a blank screen in the area where you would enter the entry.
