TurboTax Business 1099-B says to select Box A, Box C gets checked on 8949

Fidelity Brokerage Services LLC says to check Box A for transaction for which basis is reported to IRS.

I answer the questions to that affect for a summary entry, but on the 8949 and summary Schedule D, Box C is checked?

What gives?
