TT won't file my tax return, sayis missing attachment to form 1116 schedule B, which does not make sense. How do I talk to someone at TT to explain what this issue is?

I do not see anything wrong with form 1116 and TT has not found any issue or problems with review. All the information I have found was posted in 2022??
