I use a landline phone 80% business. I also have a dedicated fax line used 100% for business. What can I claim on schedule C?

The Fax line. Per IRS rules, the first phone line by default is considered to be personal use even if you use it 100% for business. The 2nd line is a business line, and all expenses may qualify.
