I have a S corp and am working on my returns. Still getting a message that the forms are not ready to file yet. Am I missing something or are the forms not ready yet in a final mode to file with IRS. Thank you in advance for your help.

The IRS has to approve the use of the form in the software, which should be forthcoming.
@ms2021 Below is a link to forms availability for the 1120-S module.

Good Morning @Anonymous_ Just wondering if you have any further status update as to when the forms would be ready. Thank you.

Thank you VERY much. This was very helpful. Greatly appreciate the link.. Have a good day.
Hello @Anonymous_, upon viewing the link you shared, I cannot find the release date for Form 1120s p3-5, is there a different link for that form?
I can find the other Form1120s parts, but not p3-5 in the link you provided.

The page reads "Form 1120S, U.S. Income Tax Return for an S Corporation (p3-4)" so I think it might just be a typo.
Hey @Anonymous_, so today is the day the forms were supposed to be approved but i'm still seeing it as "ready soon" within turbotax. Any updates from your side?
Thanks for bringing it up Ryan, I too am still seeing that message. Wonder why they are running so late.
I have not seen any updates whatsoever.
Keep in mind, however, that the developers are on the west coast so factor in the time difference.

@Anonymous_ thanks for checking on this, i've officially tried to e-file but upon clicking "transmit now" I get the following message:
"You cannot e-file this tax return because the Intuit Electronic Filing Center is not open for the season yet. We accept 2020 Federal S-Corporation tax returns from the beginning of tax season to end of tax season, We'll see you then!"
Looks like some sort of bug for the release, any ideas?
@Anonymous_ Thank you for the update. Have a good day.
@Ryan123 Try again on 2/12/2021.
@Anonymous_ Same issue, just tried again after closing an re-opening software
