Inconsistent Notifications -- Email, Text / SMS & In-app Filing status

SMS/Text notifications are painfully behind an inconsistent. For example, if you file and get a rejection, and quickly fix, you will receive an email "REturn Accepted" and a few minutes later a text message "Return Rejected". This gets worse with federal + state filings where you get a stream of "return accepted", "return rejected" , "return accepted", "return rejected" over and over.

Please fix Text notices to deliver consistently with email, or disable them entirely. The current experience is worse than useless.

STEPS TO REPEAT

1. e-file federal & state but have an error (e.g. IP PIN mismatch)

2. correct the error and re-file

3. check email

4. wait for text.

ACTUAL RESULTS

A stream of inconsistent results like "return rejected", "accepted", "rejected" in random order over 30 minute window

EXPECTED RESULTS

Email , App status & Text message status should all be exactly the same.
