Software bug - Turbotax Premier 22-000-0429

When you put in a W-2, a refund amount shows. Sometimes it changes when you save or go to the next screen with no other input. Today, it did it on a State return. After putting in the W-2, i went to the next screen and walked thru the military info for my son. Then, I clicked the "See State Amount" at the top. It showed a refund of all $632 from State. Then, I checked the box in the list of items that had appeared for "None of the Above" and his refund dropped to $150! I unchecked the box and nothing changed. A friend of mine, who I recommended TurboTax to, sent me a text and said his showed a refund until he saved and then changed to owing!

I've been using TurboTax for 15 or more years. This is the first time I've seen this sort of thing.
