Does Massachusetts require a copy of the federal partnership form 1065 attached to the state partnership form 3?

No, you do not mail in a copy of the Federal 1065 as an attachment to the state filing, but you will need the information to complete the Massachusetts return.

Instructions for MA Form 3 have no reference to a requirement to include filing a copy of Fomr 1065 with the Form 3.
