Please clarify how you are not allowed the loss on Schedule K-1 Line 1. What is the specific message (if any) you are receiving.

Form 7203 popped up when I was entering my info using Turbotax online.  At that time I skipped it because I need to come back to it after  I get all the information. 

Now I am ready to enter the form and I cannot find the Form 7203 in my Turbotax file.  How can I find it ? I need to file it with my 1040.  Thanks.

You could go to where you entered the K-1 information.  Press edit and follow all of the pages as you did before.  At some point it will ask you for the form 7203 information.

When I fill out the paid health insurance figure in the box

that asks for it  " in other situations"  in K-1 income

and I fill out the medicare figure - I am thrown into form 7203.

You can find this worksheet using Forms mode in TurboTax Home & Business.

1. Open your return and click Forms in the TurboTax header.
2. Look for Form 7203 in the left column, then click on K1S Addl Info 1 to open this sub-form in the large window. (If you don't see this sub-form under Form 7203, search for it using the Open Form icon at the top of the column.)
3. Scroll down to the bottom of form K1S and click the QuickZoom button under Line 2 for the "Self-Employed Health Insurance Deduction Worksheet."
