You can find this worksheet using Forms mode in TurboTax Home & Business.
- Open your return and click Forms in the TurboTax header.
- Look for Form 7203 in the left column, then click on K1S Addl Info 1 to open this sub-form in the large window. (If you don't see this sub-form under Form 7203, search for it using the Open Form icon at the top of the column.)
- Scroll down to the bottom of form K1S and click the QuickZoom button under Line 2 for the "Self-Employed Health Insurance Deduction Worksheet."
