How do I enter a msc tax deduction on Schedule A?

Did I misunderstand your question? Do you have a different type of deduction?

I received a 1099 MISC for a legal settlement for the gross amount not the actual amount received   A check was sent to me and a checks was sent to the attorney for her fees

Sometimes, the attorney fees are taxable to you. No fees are deductible on Schedule A anymore for the reason I initially posted.
