Getting the red line. What bizarre reason is that line an error? Has not been a problem in 30 years. Has TT found a reason to block it until another form I do not need is completed?

You have the option to report any expenses under Miscellaneous with a custom description. Some businesses use this section to list all expenses rather than filling out the dedicated lines. In the unlikely event that the IRS questions this treatment, you have adequate reason due to the forms delay.

I do appreciate your personal efforts to lay out a path to move forward. Still TT is placing the responsibility on me to buy pass  TT's  failures. I do not need to hold up for the pending changes. Is the problem that TT does not have the equal respect at IRS that competitors who are not delayed have?
