Schedule C At Risk form

I hit the wrong entry on the Schedule C At Risk form and when I try to hit Search at the top, type in Schedule C, there is no Edit business button (i've read all the previous posts). I deleted form 6183 under tools --> forms and that did not make the form reappear. I also went to my self employement income section, edit and do not see anywhere for Final Details. I see "Uncommon Situations" but I never selected anything for that to begin with.

Can someone please help me?
