I only have k1 form 1120s, but asking to fill out form 1065 to file

You may inadvertently activated a 1065 K-1 worksheet. Revisit the Schedules K-1 area where you see the list of K-1s, even if only one, and see if a stray partnership K-1 is sitting there.

If you have not filed, you can simply remove the form.  Here are the steps (online):

• Sign into your account, select Take me to my return
• To your left, select Tax Tools, click on the drop-down arrow
•  Select Tools
• Under Other helpful links, choose Delete a form
•  Scroll down the list to locate the Schedule K-1 for  Form 1065, select Delete and Continue with My Return
