S-corp owns multiple LLCs

I understand the S-corp owns the LLCs and they are considered disregarded entities, and the LLCs will include their income or loss on the S-corp income and loss, but I am unsure of where to report this ownership of the disregarded entities on the S-corp return. Do I add the name, EIN and percent ownership to the parent S-corp return somewhere? If so, where?

Thank you in advance.

No.  If the income from the LLCs is being included as part of the S-Corp's income then the disregarded entities are being disregarded.
