There are some steps you can take to see the Schedule A Itemized Deductions to know what was reported on that form. You will not be able to see the details behind each number if you are using TurboTax Online.
First, you would need to force the program to use itemized deductions instead of the standard deduction. See the instructions below for how to do this.
Then, while your return is using itemized deductions, you can print (or print preview) your Schedule A. If you are using TurboTax Online, you will be required to pay your TurboTax fee before you can print any forms.
If you are using the CD/downloaded version of TurboTax, use the Forms Mode to see the Schedule A and the calculations behind each number.
