Retained Earnings reconciliation

Retained Earnings reconciliation refuses to pick up actual distributions to shareholders amount entered earlier in 2022 Turbo Tax Business software.  Doing 2021 S Corporation tax return.  Because of error, I cannot do balance sheet.  Turbo Tax technical team cannot figure out problem.  This is Turbo Tax Business download, therefore I am doing work on my desktop computer.  Have used this same product for years and have never had this problem.

Please clarify which form displays the Retained Earnings reconciliation that is omitting distributions to shareholders.
You can confirm the distribution allocations on Sch K-1 Wks to be sure the calculations are as you expected.
