My federal was sent back what will happen to my stimulus

If your refund was sent back by the bank, then you should go to the IRS website and update your bank information.

To find out the status of your stimulus check, use the IRS  Get My Payment tool.   According to the IRS you can also use the Get My Payment application to let them know your bank account information if they don't have your direct deposit information and they haven't sent your payment.

Why is it still saying my stimulus payment is deposit into your account.  Why has it not been sent back to the irs?

That is ridiculous this is a difficult situation for alot of us you Turbo Tax should of figured  a process  to hold on to deposits and you issue paymenta directly to us , or contact us as soon as you were aware by email something now we have to figure out this mess and wait punishment don't get advance right!!!!this would of really helped us too (Advance. Customers)
